We Are Still Here

I have disappeared from the blogging world for a while. Things have been amazingly insane and busy. The boys are keeping busy with all their sports, castings, photo shoots, Tae Kwon Do and golfing. I think I have bitten off a little more than I can chew, but I really can't decide what to cut back on. Anyway, the boys are happy and as long as I keep them on the go, my house will remain standing.

We had a visit from Grandpa Doug and he caddied for Luke in his first tournament. He had a blast, and even though he went to the beach a couple of times (stuck in the sand traps) his attitude is always happy go lucky. Jaden is still pounding the course and doing well. Dylan just tags along and swings the golf club like a Louisville Slugger. He definitely needs to play a different sport.

Work is keeping me busy and I have been importing and exporting on a regular basis. The dogs are the best and Tucker has now officially caught up to Sophie in size (26 inches at the shoulder and 70 pounds) They lie around like big rugs and keep an eye on the house.

Jaden turned 9 this week. I cannot believe I have a 9 year old. He loves sports, especially basketball, and will wake up every morning to watch ESPN and review the games and stats. Does that remind you of anyone? (you know who I am talking about Grandpa Doug).

Luke has been busy with the photo shoots, booking 4 jobs in one week. We were lucky enough to book a mother/son shoot and so I got to feel like a supermodel for a couple of days. It was great money and we had a lot of fun. Keep an eye for Luke in the June/July issue of family fun magazine this summer. Dylan booked Hannah Anderson and is shooting their catalog/internet line this week. They used him one day and he did so well they have asked him back for two more shoots. He was even on KTLA in Los Angeles yesterday morning modeling Lazoo clothes which are sold in Babies R Us. He tells everyone he is a "movie star" and has jobs. He is growing up so fast and is a bundle of crazy energy.

Things are good and busy. Some days I wish it would slow down a bit, but then I would probably get bored and want things fast again. I just need to hold on to my hat and go along for the ride.

You're boys are so cute. I love that they like to be busy. I thought of Jaden this week and can't believe he is nine! Whoa, that's weird. Tucker is huge!! He is a gorgeous dog, so is Sophie. Too bad we can't get Mabel and your dogs together for a play date! I'll be watching for your boys in Target and the magazines! They will be famous some day.
