So, we have officially become a soccer family and I, an official soccer mom. The boys are obsessed and cannot get enough. Jaden is playing All Stars and Luke has been spotted by the club teams and is training with them to eventually be pulled on a U9 team.
We had bought season tickets to the LA Galaxy over the summer and just made a quick trip to the stadium on Friday to confirm our seats. They took us in the press room and Luke turned to me and said "I am going to be up there someday". I don't doubt that for a minute little guy. After leaving the stadium, we stopped to watch some of the U14 boys from the Galaxy Academy. Of course, Tony got a head start and when I walked over to him he said to me, "I would like you to meet David Beckham". This tall guy with a cap on reached out, shook my hand and greeted me. It was all I could do to keep from peeing my pants. He is my favorite soccer player, I take that back, my favorite athlete. Becks is amazing!!
The boys were waiting for me to rush him and give him a hug, but I did control myself. We stood next to him and watched his son play in a scrimmage for about 45 minutes. He signed a couple of hats and we said our goodbyes. Maybe we will get invited to the next Beckham family bbq.

That's so fun Jen. I'm glad you posted. I've been thinking of you lately and need to check in. Glad to see those boys are adding one more thing to your list. You'll be an expert in all sports and modeling stuff.
No more modeling for awhile. Too much driving in traffic. We are taking a break and focusing on school and sports. The boys are addicted to all things soccer!
You did it... you met Becks in the flesh. Hip hip hooray! And have you recovered?
